| Target Group |
The target group for this qualification are candidates who require skills in management area. This group may include; local and international students, employees who require management skills. |
Entry Requirement |
The entry requirements for Diploma of Management at Loura Business college are:
- Age: Over 18 Years at the time of admission
- Students who have completed Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent overseas qualification.
- English Language Requirement: 5.5 Band in IELTS
- Valid Student Visa for entry to Australia
Preferred pathways into Diploma of Management include:
BSB40807 Certificate IV in frontline management or similar or equivalent unsupervised management experience. |
Delivery and assessment arrangement |
Mode: Face to face, Classroom based
Duration 30 Weeks (20 Hours Per Week)
The program is delivered over a period of 30 weeks (26 study weeks & 4 weeks break) A student has to maintain 80% attendance for his course.
Schedule
The 30 weeks training program is divided into 3 terms:
Term 1 x 10 weeks (2 weeks break) Term 2 x 8 weeks (2 weeks break) Term 3x 8 weeks.
Organisation
Student will be required to demonstrate competency in 8 units in order to achieve the BSB51107 Diploma of Management. A completion that is less than 8 successful units will result in the issue of a Statement of Attainment.

| Pathways |
Graduates may undertake a range of Advanced Diploma qualifications at other Australian institutions, continue their studies in Undergraduate Programs or they might try and look for a job in these areas - Corporate or middle manager managing a workplace, supervising position in both business and government sectors, team leader etc. |
